Summer Programs

BCPS Summer Programs for Reading and Math:

Who: This program is for BCPS students who are recommended for reading and mathematics skills and knowledge development.  Seats are limited and enrollment is on a first come basis. 

What:  Each day will include two hours of reading and two hours of mathematics in which students will rotate among different stations.


-Online programs using pre-assessments to prescribe targeted individualized learning.
-Project-based activities engaging students in deep learning experiences.
-Teacher-led individualized instruction providing feedback as students progress through each concept. 

Where:  Franklin Middle School

When:  July 9- August 3, 2018 from 7:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Students are expected to attend daily. 

How: Parent/Guardian must verify, sign, and return the EYLP Enrollment Form to your child's school counselor NO LATER than May 31, 2018.  There is no fee for Baltimore County Public School students. 

Transportation:  Parent/Guardian must indicate the need for transportation on the EYLP Enrollment Form..
BCPS Math Academy:

This program is for rising 8th graders who will be enrolled in Algebra 1.  Students will be recommended for this program by their math teacher, and more information will be forthcoming.
